Foster Children The Hood family are advocates of foster children and work as advocates for the rights of foster care children. Jim and Karen are foster parents and all the children enjoy the gifts of having foster brothers and sisters. The entire family are also foster adopt advocates and would like to help work to set up a system where every foster child can have a permanent loving home. We have been asked by the State of Washington to remove all pictures of our foster children and we have done this. We are still foster care advocates and want to promote foster care, but we also want to respect the state of Washington rules.
